Chorizo, Salchichon and Lomo Sausages from Spain
From time immemorial the people of Spain have used salt, spices and fresh air to preserve sausages for later use. Over the centuries these skills have been honed to an art, creating a myriad of unique chorizos, salchichones, morcillas and more. Fortunately, more and more of these deeply flavored, versatile sausages have arrived in the United States. Our 'Imported' section includes chorizo and lomo from three different brands. Many other authentic 'embutidos' are not allowed to be imported because of USDA rules, so we offer some high quality U.S. made alternatives created using Spanish spices and recipes.
